I was appointed by the Attorney-General in 1995 as an authorized Civil Marriage Celebrant and have conducted many ceremonies in Sydney since that time. I have been a Justice of the Peace since 1980.

I work as a fulltime professional celebrant and am a member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants and the Association of Authorised Marriage Celebrants Australia Inc.  I am commited to providing a fully professional service to make your weddng a memorable occasion. I also offer namegiving ceremonies, commitment ceremonies and renewal of vows ceremonies.

Whether you are interested in a short and simple ceremony or a more traditional marriage ceremony I am happy to accommodate your wishes. It is your wedding and you should have plenty of input as to how the ceremony is structured and its length.

I have conducted many weddings for couples from different cultures, including Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, French, Italian, German, Swiss, Dutch, South American, Russian, Malaysian etc. and am happy to incorporate cultural rituals into your marriage ceremony.

Weddings for limited numbers may be held in Pauline's Federation home or garden - please enquire. This is a good alternative to a Registry Office wedding as it is much more relaxed, private and personal and you are welcome to celebrate with Champagne after the ceremony.

Naming Ceremonies
These ceremonies are an alternative rite of passage to a christening or baptism and are growing in popularity. The ceremony is usually held in the comfort of your own home or in a park setting. The child receives an A4 parchment certificate with an area on the back for your guests' signatures as a memento of the day.

Re-Affirmation Ceremonies
Why not re-affirm your vows on a special anniversary? This can be done in the privacy of your home or a venue of your choice. You will receive an A4 parchment certificate as a keep sake of your re-affirmation of vows.

Same Sex Ceremonies
Whilst marriages between same sex couples are not legal in Australia, you can have a commitment ceremony to openly declare your love for each other and celebrate your relationship.

If one or both of you are British Citizens, contact me regarding information on having a Civil Union Ceremony in Sydney, followed by a Commitment Ceremony.

Garden Weddings

You may then wish to move on to one of the many Italian restaurants in nearby Leichhardt or perhaps Chinese in Ashfield or one of the many restaurants in Balmain.
